Working Memory Impairment

Working memory impairment — common in ADHD — is struggling to keep information readily accessible in their mind for a short period of time to complete a task requiring mental focus. This includes following multi-step instructions, calculating math, remembering details in conversation, organizing thoughts/plans, and learning new information.
