Recognition Responsive Euphoria (RRE)
« Back to Glossary IndexRecognition responsive euphoria (RRE) is a feeling of euphoria that comes from being recognized for doing well, which can be a positive motivation for growth and productivity. It’s considered the opposite of rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) and a positive side of ADHD — wonderful experiences after a lifetime of criticism for “mistakes.” Many RRE characteristics are surges of energy and esteem when receiving praise, approval, or recognition.
