Neuroinclusion:

« Back to Glossary Index

Neuroinclusion or neuroinclusive practices is about positive environments that provide needed accommodations for neurodivergent people. In the workplace, neuroinclusive leadership (in work or education settings) values how neurodiversity embraces different ways of thinking, learning, and communicating. They train managers/teachers to mediate conflicts or misunderstandings and implement inclusive people-management policies. Neuroinclusive school/workplaces can be flexible and adaptable, with sensory-friendly design elements and clear signage — and celebrate/promote difference.
