Emotional Lability

Emotional lability is a neurological condition causing rapid, exaggerated changes in mood. People may feel strong emotions, feel like they can’t control their behavior, and express their emotions more dramatically than usual. They may cry uncontrollably in response to a strong emotion, even if they don’t feel sad.
