Dichotic Listening Task

A dichotic listening task is a psychological test where a participant hears two different auditory stimuli presented simultaneously, one in each ear, through headphones, and is instructed to focus on and respond to information from only one ear, allowing researchers to study selective attention and brain lateralization within the auditory system.
