Demisexuality / Secondary Sexual Attraction

Demisexuality, also called secondary sexual attraction, is a sexual orientation where people feel sexual attraction after forming emotional bonds. It differs from primary sexual attraction based on immediate characteristics (like appearance or smell). Demisexual people can be gay, bisexual, or straight, on asexual—and can have any gender identity.
