Delusions

Delusions are false beliefs, such as feeling connected to God or on a mission to save the world that are associated with psychosis. Delusions can be about anything but commonly are about persecution, infidelity, guilt or unworthiness, love or grandeur, as well as religious or nihilistic delusions.
