Bipolar Spectrum Disorder (BSD):

« Back to Glossary Index

Bipolar spectrum disorder (BSD) plots many comorbidities with shared factors — genetic, neural, environmental — that led to both conditions showing up, but also because the lines between the symptoms can be blurry. BSD identifies spectra between bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder (BPD), ADHD, disturbed circadian rhythms, or several other mental and physical health conditions.
