Benign Narcissists

Benign narcissists often exhibit a lack of empathy, entitlement, and grandiosity, but they’re perceived by others as “clueless,” their entitlement as being clumsy, and their grandiosity as being childlike. This type narcissist has a superficial immaturity and often resembles an adolescent preoccupied with caring about what others think of them, obsessively follow social media and likes, are thoughtless when they speak (lacking a filter). Benign narcissists only talk about themselves or manipulate others to make their story or what they’re saying to be about the narcissist — and relationships with them are unfulfilling. In comparison to the other types of narcissists, these individuals are harmless, not causing as much damage or destruction.
